Cologne plans "China Year" in 2012

The city of Cologne plans to celebrate the 25 years anniversary of the town twinning between Beijing and Cologne in 2012. A three-day festival is planned for mid-September. But many China related activities, exhibitions etc. will take place over the whole year, e.g. special exhibitions in the Museum of East Asian Art and in Museum Ludwig.
The general theme of the China Year is set to "Where the dragon dances". The federal state of North Rhine-Westfalia just decided to give substantial financial support.

We are sure that the China Year activities in Cologne will be an extra attraction for playing and non-playing visitors of the Go Congress!
